  • Based on client requirements, SNEHA SYNERGY sponsors suitable candidates as per client specifications.
  • Client after appropriate selection procedure, shall inform SNEHA SYNERGY in writing the list of selected candidates along with salary particulars
  • SNEHA SYNERGY issues appointment letters on their letter head to the selected candidates as per the salary fixed by the client
  • SNEHA SYNERGY issues deputation letters to each of the selected candidates placing their services at the disposal of client. Candidates shall follow the work instructions, work schedules, shifts, leave entitlement, rules, regulations and safety norms of the client.
  • Client will supervise their work, productivity and quality as per their business requirements
  • SNEHA SYNERGY just remains employer on paper with no active role on productivity / quality / discipline
  • SNEHA SYNERGY shall manage back end jobs like recruitment, payroll and labour laws compliance.
  • SNEHA SYNERGY based on receiving attendance particulars from the client, shall pay employee salaries and on client’s advise, Incentives / OT / Bonus etc.
  • SNEHA SYNERGY shall also pay PF / ESI through proper challans and claim reimbursement of the above (salary + incentive + PF + ESI + Bonus etc) along with their professional fee.
  • On receiving complaint from the client on account of indiscipline, non cooperation, indifference, low productivity / quality, frequent absence etc. SNEHA SYNERGY shall replace the erring employee with another candidate acceptable to the client.
