Mr. DVSS Rao, a HRM professional having 40 years rich experience in all facets of HRM, has realized his dream by promoting SNEHA. S stands for Satyanarayanarao where as NEHA is his grand daughter. Therefore SNEHA came to existence right from 2001 onwards. Mr. Rao served distinguished companies: Hindustan Zinc Ltd, Nagarjuna Fertilizers and chemicals limited, Ceat Limited, Fiberglass Pilkington limited, IDL Industries limited and Bharat Biotech International limited. Sneha Synergy has grown as one of the leading company facing stiff competition from international, national and local HRM service provider companies.
